We’re looking for a hands-on Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operation and help drive our next stage of growth.

Pay Range: $120,000 to $125,000

If you’re energized by the production floor, passionate about developing people and always looking for a better way to do things, this is an opportunity to make your mark.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and support Production Supervisors and hourly teams across multiple shifts, creating a culture of safety, accountability and teamwork.

  • Partner with Maintenance, Quality, HSE and Continuous Improvement to improve equipment reliability, processes and overall plant performance.
  • Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives that reduce waste, improve flow and increase productivity.
  • Ensure production teams follow company policies, safe work practices, quality standards and operating procedures.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement or similar methodologies.
  • Strong communication, coaching and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze production data and translate it into actionable improvements.
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality.
  • Experience in a 24/7 or rotating-shift manufacturing environment is an asset.
  • Post-secondary education in Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, Business or a related field is an asset.
