ACG_3798_JOB Our client, who is a fast growing Retail company in Vietnam, is looking for a qualified talent to join their firm. Develop, propose, and execute the production plan to meet organizational goals. Monitor and analyze budgets, implement cost control measures, and identify opportunities to reduce waste. Oversee all production activities, including equipment maintenance and workforce management. Drive and implement operational changes to improve production performance and efficiency. Ensure efficient operations across all components of the production department. Manage approximately 150 employees. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or a related field. Fluent in English. Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management. Experience working in industrial manufacturing companies in the electrical, electronics, mechanical, or related industries. Experience in electrical panels is preferred. Strong leadership and people management abilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail. Ability to build trust and maintain strong working relationships across departments and with external partners. Customer-focused, results-driven, and able to meet tight deadlines. Male candidates are preferred. Preferably born in 1985 or later. Working hours: 8:00 AM–5:20 PM, Monday to Friday.
