Position: Production Manager
Twin Resources LLC is a partnering with a manufacturing company in Springfield, Ohio.
As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring that all operations are running smoothly and efficiently. You will play a crucial role in managing our production team, monitoring production schedules, and ensuring that quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management and a proven track record of successfully leading a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the production process, including scheduling, monitoring, and ensuring timely completion of all production tasks.
- Develop and implement production plans and strategies to meet production targets and maximize efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase productivity and reduce costs.
- Ensure that all production processes are in compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Train, mentor, and lead production team members to ensure a high level of performance and job satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and logistics, to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review.
- Identify and resolve any production issues or bottlenecks in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements and achieving production targets.
- Knowledge of production and inventory management systems.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards in a manufacturing setting.
