Who you are:

• Develop and coordinate the unit. Responsible for securing that the unit meets short to mid-term goals

and customer expectations. Actively work with operational interfaces, communicate and coordinate.

About the job:

• Implement ISO, AEO，ASME, PV management system in the factory.

履行ISO，AEO，ASME，压力容器产品制造质量管理等相关体系中规定的相关职责

• Ability to coordinate across departments, manage project delivery, risks, and changes, to ensure efficient execution of customer-specific orders under the ETO business model.

具备跨部门协调、项目交付、风险与变更管理等能力，以确保客户定制化订单在ETO业务模式下的高效执行。

• Responsible for the performance and output of the unit, including financial KPIs.

负责部门业绩和产出，包括财务指标

• Set and follow up targets for the unit connected to factory priority.

根据工厂目标及优先顺序，设置部门目标并密切跟进

• Drive the development of the unit

驱动部门发展

• Responsible for unit’s负责部门的：

• Secure Standardized work & SOPs are approved and followed

确保标准化日程，审批SOP及跟进实施

• Participate in making the factory Operational plan

• Make costing update for the unit

制定部门预算

• Drive and lead Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement activities, and secure the result

驱动、主导问题解决和持续改进活动，并确保其结果

• Secure ALPS Implementation, including Lean Six Sigma and 5S

确保ALPS各项活动的开展，包含lean six sigma和5S等

• Understand and deal with the real problems of the unit by being present

现场识别和处理部门实际问题

• Support NPD (new product development) and give input to EPD (Existing Product Development)

参与新产品开发和现有产品的改善

• Setup and maintain BCM (business continuity management) within unit

建立及维护部门业务持续运营规划

• Others from direct Manager

What you know:

• Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent experience

理工科本科学历或等同经历

• Relevant Leadership and management experience

相关领导/管理的技能和经验

• Above 5 years of experience from production/manufacturing company

五年以上年生产制造业工作经验

• Experience from improvement tools, e g 5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen. Certified GB is plus

有持续改善的经验，例如5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen.GB认证尤佳

• Project work experience is plus

有项目管理经验尤佳
