Responsibilities

• 生产管理 Production Management

1. 根据生产计划管理生产流程：根据客户服务人员下发的订单，在保证合理库存的情况下，制定生产计划；负责组织、协调、调配各种生产性资源进行生产，如人员、物料、生产设备等，及时交货，并保证产品的质量和数量。 Manage production process with alignment to production planning: Based on the orders issued by customer service desk, develop a production plan while ensuring reasonable inventory; Responsible for organizing, coordinating, and allocating various productive resources for production, such as personnel, materials, production equipment, etc., timely delivery, and ensuring product quality and quantity.
2. 与供应链协调，管理生产过程中的原材料和公用设施。Manage raw material and utility in production process in coordination with supply chain.
3. 与维修部门协调，确保排产顺利实施。Maintain the production schedule in coordination with maintenance.
4. 在总部管理体系得框架下，建立健全部门的管理政策、制度、流程，监督其执行情况，及时纠正偏差。Establish and improve departmental management policies, systems, and processes within the framework of the headquarters management system, supervise their implementation, and promptly correct deviations.
5. 负责对部门人员进行管理，对部门员工进行工作分配、绩效管理、技能培训，提高部门员工的专业素质和工作绩效。Responsible for managing department personnel, assigning work, performance management, and skill training to department employees, and improving their professional quality and work performance.

• 持续改进Continuous Improvement

1. 负责管理CPS区域优化体系，管理其他卓越科莱恩的项目；Manage the CPS Area Optimization and other Clariant Excellence projects in Site Jianping.
2. 协助工厂运营经理监控KPI的运行情况；Monitoring Site KPI in coordination with Site/Operations Manager in Site Jianping.
3. 负责推行5S管理；Responsible for 5S implementation.
4. 负责能源管理与实施；Manage preparation and implementation of Energy Management.
5. 对于生产区域的流程优化提出议案；Propose production process optimization in production area.

• 成本控制 cost control

1. 负责跟踪、监督、控制本部门的成本、费用支出，并组织实施相应的改进措施，有效地降低生产成本；Responsible for tracking, supervising, and controlling the costs and expenses of the department, and organizing the implementation of corresponding improvement measures to effectively reduce production costs;
2. 负责审批下属各部门的原材料的领用数量，跟踪物料消耗情况，减少浪费、提高生产效率。Responsible for approving the quantity of raw materials received by subordinate departments, tracking material consumption, reducing waste, and improving production efficiency.

• EHS, 5S

1. 是生产部门安全管理工作的第一责任人；The first person responsible for safety management in the production department;
2. 执行公司对于该岗位的EHS作业要求，贯彻公司的EHS方针。Implement the company's EHS requirements for this position and adhere to the company's EHS policy.
3. 负责本部门责任区内5S工作的监督管理。Responsible for the supervision and management of 5S work within the department's responsibility area.

• 其他others

主管经理安排的其他工作。Other tasks arranged by the supervisor manager.

Requirements

• 本科或以上学历，材料、化工、机械、电气等相关专业毕业；Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in materials science, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, automation, or related fields;

• 6年以上制造业工作经验；3年以上的团队管理工作经验；3年以上的外资企业工作经验；电气/机械工程师职称优先，具备维修经理的工作经历优先, 有黑带认证者优先。More than 6 years of working experience in manufacturing industry; More than 3 years of team management experience; More than 3 years of work experience in foreign-funded enterprises; Title of Electrical and mechanical Engineer is a plus; Work experience as a maintenance manager is preferred；a certified Black belt is preferred.

• 英语沟通流利;精通膨润土的生产加工工艺；熟悉质量、EHS管理体系；具备成本管理知识；熟练使用微软办公软件操作；优秀的人际沟通协调能力；良好的管理能力。English and communication skill; Proficient in the production and processing technology of bentonite; Familiar with quality and EHS management systems; Having knowledge of cost management; Proficient in operating Microsoft Office software; Excellent interpersonal communication and coordination skills; Good management skills.
