We are looking for an entrepreneurial-minded Production Manager to lead all plant operations and deliver world-class products, manufacturing solutions, and service support to our global customer base. You will develop and drive continuous improvement strategies to optimize plant performance and ensure customer, employee, and shareholder satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities

• Operational Strategy & Financial Targets:
  Identify, develop, and drive key operational strategies to deliver Gross Profit (GP) targets while optimizing productivity, quality, and manufacturing costs.
• Advanced Production Planning: Strategically plan, schedule, and monitor production workflows. Analyze capacity, manage resources, and balance workloads to ensure maximum efficiency and on-time delivery.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Partner closely with Supply Chain Management (SCM) to ensure material readiness, forecast accuracy, and smooth inventory flow.
• Work alongside Engineering and Maintenance teams to plan preventive maintenance, minimize downtime, and drive automation projects.
• Operational Excellence & Kaizen: Lead the implementation of best practices, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, automation, and continuous process improvements.
• Regional & Commercial Alignment: Collaborate with regional Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Engineering leadership on demand planning, customer engagement, product strategy, and cost reduction.
• New Product Introduction (NPI): Develop manufacturing solutions and line readiness to support the successful launch of new products.
• EHS & Compliance: Maintain the highest standards of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS). Ensure overall safety compliance and adhere to environmental regulations across the production floor.

Key Qualifications & Skills

• Thai national only
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in production management, preferably within the automotive, HVAC, or electronic component manufacturing industries.
• Proven history of strong performance and measurable operational achievements.
• Good command of English (written and spoken) for effective regional collaboration.
• Willingness to work with global teams across different time zones or manage critical weekend floor issues when required.
• Available for regional travel for supplier and customer visits.
