GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO GROW AND ADVANCE – RAPIDLY EXPANDING
SERVPRO® FRANCHISEE

Salary: $55,000+ per year PLUS benefits AND bonuses
Job Type: Full-time
Benefits:

Qualifications:
· IICRC and WRT certifications (Required)
· Restoration/Construction/Remediation, 3 years (Required)
· Experience using Xactimate (Required)
· High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
· Experience supervising others (Required)
· Must meet Servpro hiring requirements
· Driver's License (Required)


Our location has recently expanded into 4 new territories. This position will oversee the production activities and report directly to the executive team. The executive team will be growing and expanding the business. This can afford many opportunities for advancement.

The successful candidate will be someone who:

· Can build and grow the production team to meet the growing needs of the business
· Challenges the status quo to find better and more efficient and effective means to provide services

· Has a proven track record of developing their skills and experiences to be more effective in their job
· Brings a positive “can-do” attitude to work each day

Primary Responsibilities:
· Oversee scheduling of jobs, resources, and crews following SERVPRO® Franchise production guidelines
· Manage mitigation team
· Create and/or review job scopes and ensure accuracy and clarity
· Review all job paperwork (scope, estimate, job diary, and work orders) to ensure staff is ready to do the job efficiently
· Supports key relationships with industry professionals
· Manage job file documentation, job profitability, and efficiencies

Position Requirements:

  • Effective written and oral communication
  • Intermediate math skills
  • Experience using industry related software applications
  • Familiar with business-related computer/iPad technologies and software like Microsoft Office
  • Positive attitude
  • Works to exceed expectations 100% of the time
  • Challenges themselves and their team(s) to always be better
  • Capable of lifting/push/pull/carry up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)
  • Able to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
  • Experience working with/around cleaning products/chemicals
  • Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary
