The Production Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing manufacturing operations during your assigned shift. You will ensure that production targets are met safely, efficiently, and with the highest level of product quality, while providing strong leadership and operational oversight to your shift team.

This position will report to Director, Operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate day‑to‑day production activities and workflows during the assigned shift.
  • Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining strict quality standards.
  • Identify and resolve production issues promptly, implementing corrective and preventive actions as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, quality, maintenance, and other departments to optimize production processes.
  • Monitor and analyze production data to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost reduction.
  • Apply lean manufacturing principles and best practices to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure full compliance with safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related technical field
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Shift Production Manager or in a similar manufacturing leadership role
  • Strong technical expertise in production operations, process optimization, and manufacturing workflows
  • Proficient in production management systems, data analysis tools, and performance monitoring techniques
  • Knowledgeable in lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement methodologies, and quality management systems
  • Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Willing to work on a night‑shift schedule in Sta. Rosa, Laguna or Rosario, Cavite
  • Always ensures full compliance with safety protocols and quality requirements
