Job Title: Production Manager 
Location: San Francisco, CA

Anticipated Salary Range: $117,000.00-$153,000.00

At Boldt, the Production Manager plays a critical role in transforming how work gets planned, built, and delivered. This is not a traditional construction role. You will lead the integration of the Boldt Production System, working side by side with project teams to challenge inefficiencies, improve workflows, and create a jobsite environment where teams can perform at their best. From leveraging BIM, VR, and data driven insights to driving pull planning and daily coordination, you will be at the center of building predictable, high performing projects that prioritize safety, quality, and continuous improvement. 

This is a hands-on leadership role that blends field presence with strategic thinking. You will partner closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and trade partners to remove constraints, improve production flow, and elevate the overall jobsite experience for installers. By coaching teams, leading training, and driving innovation in planning, logistics, and execution, you will help foster a culture where collaboration thrives, problems are surfaced early, and solutions are built together. The anticipated salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$153,000.00 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

What You Bring 

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred in the areas of construction management or engineering. An equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.  

• Four to six years of related experience. 

• Working knowledge of construction equipment and techniques, drawings, and specifications, building materials and required standards applicable to discipline. 

• A valid driver’s license may be required. Individuals in this role may be subject to an annual Motor Vehicle Records check. The outcome of any MVR checks conducted may negatively impact the persons’ ability to participate in any vehicle program provided by the company, including but not limited to the ability to drive a personal vehicle on behalf of The Boldt Company or rent a vehicle through for business travel purposes. 

Nice to Have 

• Experience on healthcare or other highly regulated projects such as OSHPD or HCAI 

• Exposure to lean construction practices such as pull planning or takt planning 

• Familiarity with production tracking, dashboards, or jobsite data analytics 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of initiative; proven ability to lead, influence, and collaborate across teams to drive results with minimal oversight 

• Highly organized and effective communicator with strong presentation skills; able to multitask, build relationships, and foster collaboration and consensus
