As Production Manager for Redeemers Group,you’lloversee our production crews, ensuring your crew members are trained, equipped, and eager to provide our customers with a remarkable experience. You willbe responsible forinstallation success, warehouse and inventory management, payment collection efficiency, crew member satisfaction, and net customer satisfaction scores.
An ideal candidate will:
·takedecisive ownership for the daily operations of all production crews within the organization

·stayprocess-driven and focused on results despite changing conditions
·coachup all crew members with a team-minded leadership style that balances empathy and accountability and motivates and engages others in an enthusiastic way
·discernhow to best resolve any below-bar customer experiences and equip crews with those same skills
·proactivelyanticipateexecution of interpersonal issues.
You’llalso beimpactinghomeowners’ lives by helping to solve the most serious issues with their homes. Specific construction experience is notrequiredbut is desired;we’llprovide you with all the training and tools you need toexpertly and confidently do your work.

What we need from you:
- A valid driver’s license and safe driving record
- Unrestricted walking and crawling ability, ability to lift 75lbs – this is a very hands-on position
- Communication skills and the ability to speak, read, and write in English
- Management experiencerequired
- Warehouse/inventory management skills preferred
- Construction management experience preferred
