Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Lead production teams to meet daily targets while maintaining safety, quality, and operational standards
• Provide shift leadership and act as the first point of contact for production and area emergencies
• Execute site safety programs including permits, audits, housekeeping, and incident investigations
• Coordinate activities across units and support troubleshooting of process or equipment issues
• Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Laboratory teams
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency and reliability
• Manage staffing, overtime, performance reviews, and employee conduct
• Ensure clear and accurate communication across the organization
• Maintain accurate timekeeping, attendance, and electronic records

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Supervisory experience in manufacturing or production environments
• Strong understanding of safety, food safety, and operational discipline
• Ability to manage schedules and respond to unplanned events
• Ability to coach and develop employees
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work rotating shifts
