MISSION:
Own day-to-day production execution and performance at the Brockville facility by translating the Director, Operations’ strategy into disciplined shop-floor results. Drive consistent safety, efficiency, schedule adherence, and team performance while developing Production Supervisors and building scalable operations.
• Production Performance: Achieve and sustain ≥80% labour efficiency across all production lines within 12 months while supporting capacity growth targets.
• Schedule Execution: Deliver ≥95% Master Production Schedule (MPS) adherence on a rolling 3 month basis through disciplined daily production control and escalation.
• Safety & Compliance: Maintain zero lost-time incidents and zero regulatory violations annually by enforcing safety standards and leading proactive hazard identification.
• Quality Results: Achieve ≥98% first-pass quality and maintain customer return defect rate ≤0.3% within 12 months through consistent process control and corrective action.
• Supervisor Capability: Develop Production Supervisors so that 100% can independently plan daily production, manage labour, and resolve issues without Director intervention within 6 months.
• Continuous Improvement: Deliver a minimum of 5 documented, sustained production improvements per year that measurably increase throughput, efficiency, or stability.
