Our award-winning client is seeking a Production Manager to join their team. We are seeking a driven Production Manager to lead all aspects of our manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality and efficiency, while fostering a collaborative and safety-focused work environment.

Responsibilities:

Production & Quality Management:

• Manage daily production activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.

• Drive continuous improvement in processes and efficiency to meet customer needs and budget goals.

• Oversee plant facilities and equipment, implementing necessary improvements or replacements.

• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and procedures.

• Team Leadership & Development:

• Build and develop a high-performing team through coaching, talent acquisition, and fostering a culture of ownership.

• Provide clear communication and accountability at all levels.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with other departments (e.g., Engineering, Sales) to ensure smooth production planning and product launches.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or a related field (preferred).

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment (required).

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills (required).

• In-depth knowledge of production processes, quality control principles, and lean manufacturing methodologies (preferred).

• Ability to analyze data and solve problems effectively (required).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and manufacturing software (a plus).

• Strong commitment to safety and a focus on building a positive work culture (required).

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (required).
