Production Manager (Apparel)
New Jersey (Mon–Thurs in office, Fridays remote)

We are looking for a Production Manager to oversee end-to-end production across a portfolio of apparel brands, with a focus on driving efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery at scale. This role will work closely with overseas factories, internal teams, and key retail partners.

What you’ll do:

• Own production lifecycle from development through bulk delivery
• Manage vendor relationships and communication with overseas factories
• Oversee costing, timelines, and order management to ensure on-time delivery
• Partner with internal teams across design, sourcing, and merchandising
• Ensure product quality and compliance across all programs
• Support large retail accounts, including Walmart and Costco

What we’re looking for:

• 5–10+ years of production experience in apparel
• Strong experience working with Walmart and/or Costco programs
• Deep understanding of sourcing, factories, and production timelines
• Experience in a high-volume, wholesale or licensed apparel environment
• Mandarin or Cantonese language skills strongly preferred
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams
