1.Expereince:1.>8 years production related experience with 3 years above similar management role in Electronics Assembly area;
2.Hands on experience on people management in Production Filed;
3.Good understanding of performance management/people managementCost Control/Quality Management System/Lean and Industrial Engineering6 sigma;
4.Data analysis skill and able to decision based on data;
5.Fluent English speaking;
6.Good understanding of SAP/ERP;
