Job Description

Lead and manage all production activities related to coconut processing and manufacturing. Ensure operational efficiency while maintaining quality, food safety, OHS, and productivity.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production plans in line with demand and resources.
• Oversee UHT, Tetra packaging, BIB filling, canning, and retort operations.
• Coordinate with supply chain, engineering, and sales to ensure timely delivery.
• Implement best practices for manufacturing processes and equipment utilization.
• Monitor KPIs including OEE, yield, and efficiency for continuous improvement.
• Lead and coach the production team, driving employee engagement and skill development.
• Ensure adherence to food safety, Halal standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare production budgets and drive cost-saving initiatives.
• Support sustainability projects and efficiency improvements.

Regulatory & Compliance
