We are seeking an experienced Production Manager
This is an on-site position is seated at our DSI site in Poestenkill, NY.
This position is responsible to oversee all aspects of Gleeble Equipment manufacturing. The role involves managing production planning, material resource scheduling, work order generation, and documentation control. The position includes responsibility for subcontractor management, procurement, and driving continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining a strong focus on plant safety.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or equivalent field
5-15 years of manufacturing experience
Comprehensive understanding of mechanical systems and electrical components
Proven expertise in production planning, enterprise systems, and material requirements planning
Strong background in inventory management and process flow optimization
Demonstrated success in implementing and maintaining quality systems
Track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives
Excellence in interpersonal communication and conflict resolution
Commitment to fostering a strong safety culture
Base Salary: $110,000 - $135,000
