Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned leader with proven experience in the kitchen appliances sector The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in leading factory operations, driving production efficiency, and managing diverse teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Location: Casablanca, Morocco

Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and control production to ensure efficient, timely, and cost-effective operations
• Lead production teams to meet KPIs related to output, quality, waste reduction, and safety
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with quality and maintenance departments
• Monitor production schedules and adjust resources to meet deadlines and capacity demands
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations
• Optimize workflow, material usage, and manpower for operational efficiency
• Coordinate with supply chain, engineering, and R&D for seamless product lifecycle execution
• Develop and train supervisors and line leaders to maintain high performance and engagement

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in production management within the kitchen appliances sector
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes for gas cookers and ovens
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume production lines
• Excellent problem-solving, planning, and people management skills
• Fluency in English and/or French; Arabic is a plus
• Willingness to relocate to Casablanca (relocation package may be discussed)
