Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in footwear or a related field.
• Knowledgeable in production management, with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent decision-making abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
• Attention to detail and a solid understanding of quality standards.
• Experience in managing manpower.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to perform well under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Strong planning and communication skills, with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken (the Thai language is a plus).
• Skilled in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or MRP software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the entire production process to ensure high-quality output and maximum efficiency.
• Organize and streamline production activities and team operations, including resolving personnel issues.
• Ensure the production process is efficient and meets customer requirements.
• Coach supervisors on production management techniques.
• Prepare budgets to ensure workflows meet deadlines.
• Assist and advise production supervisors to achieve target goals.
• Ensure products are delivered to customers on time.
• Manage rejected products, reduce rework, and find solutions to prevent recurring issues.
• Reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
• Organize workflows to meet specifications and deadlines.
• Collaborate with other managers to set objectives and understand requirements.
• Monitor production to quickly resolve any issues.
• Supervise and evaluate the performance of production staff, quality inspectors, and workers.
• Determine the necessary resources, such as workforce and raw materials.
• Ensure the output meets quality standards.
• Possess a deep knowledge of production management.
