We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee our production operations in Pathumthani. The Production Manager will manage all aspects of the manufacturing process, ensuring operational efficiency, upholding product quality, and leading a team of dedicated production staff.

Responsibilities:

Production Planning and Scheduling:

• Develop and implement production plans to efficiently meet production demands.
• Allocate resources and monitor production progress to ensure schedules are met.
• Maintain product quality while ensuring timely delivery.

Quality Control:

• Implement and monitor quality control tools and procedures established by the QA manager.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to reduce defects and waste.
• Conduct regular quality inspections and audits.

Resource Management:

• Optimize the use of production resources, including personnel and equipment.
• Control production costs to meet financial objectives.
• Maintain a safe and compliant work environment.

Team Leadership:

• Guide, mentor, and inspire production staff to meet production and quality targets.
• Provide training to enhance team skills and performance.
• Promote a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.

Inventory Management:

• Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.
• Implement control measures to manage stock levels effectively.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Generate regular reports on production and performance metrics.
• Analyze data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Offer recommendations to boost production efficiency.

Compliance and Safety:

• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
• Cultivate a safety-first workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Must have experience in the food industry.
• Solid experience as a Production Manager in a manufacturing setting.
• Deep understanding of production processes, quality control, and Lean manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills.
• Effective communicator with robust interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in both Thai and English (Intermediate level or above).
• Knowledge of food processing machinery and operational expertise are crucial.
