Essential skills encompass production planning, quality assurance, inventory management of valuable materials, and proficiency in ERP software.

Requirements

• Technical Expertise: Familiarity with jewelry production methods (casting, soldering, setting, finishing), materials (precious metals, diamond evaluation), and machinery (laser equipment, polishing machines).
• Production Planning & Scheduling: Creating timelines to guarantee timely delivery while optimizing efficiency and reducing downtime.
• Quality Control & Assurance: Evaluating products to uphold high standards, remedying defects, and ensuring uniformity throughout all items.
• Team Leadership & Management: Leading, inspiring, and training artisans, craftsmen, and setters to enhance productivity.
• Inventory & Material Management: Overseeing and regulating the use of valuable materials to minimize waste and manage metal accounting.
• Problem-Solving & Technical Analysis: Identifying and resolving production bottlenecks, fixing equipment, and handling supply chain challenges.
• Administrative & Digital Skills: Skilled in ERP systems, Excel, and CAD software for monitoring production, cost analysis, and inventory management.
