About the Role

Based in Dubai, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to build user-centric solutions, drive product strategy, and deliver impactful product experiences.

Requirements

What You’ll Do

• Product Strategy: Translate insights and data into clear product strategy and roadmap priorities.
• Development & Enhancements: Develop new products and enhancements to existing solutions.
• User Research: Conduct user research to deeply understand customer and internal user needs.
• Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end product development process, from discovery to launch.
• Backlog Ownership: Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring proper prioritization aligned with the roadmap.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and client teams to define and execute product initiatives.
• Growth & Optimization: Identify product gaps and opportunities to improve customer experience and drive growth.
• Data-Driven Insights: Use data and customer insights to guide product decisions and measure success.

What We’re Looking For

• Mid-Level Product Professional: 2–4 years of experience working directly with a Product team.
• Investment Enthusiast: A proven experience or a strong personal interest in investments and financial markets.
• Tool Savvy: Hands-on experience with Figma, Jira (or similar tracking tools), and product analytics platforms like PostHog or Mixpanel.
• Analytical Thinker: Ability to identify trends and insights from both hard data and qualitative user feedback.
• Exceptional Organizer: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple threads in an agile environment.
• Compelling Communicator: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical insights into business impact.
• Discovery Expert: Strong understanding of user research, customer behavior, and product discovery.
• Location: Must be based in Dubai; this is an on-site role.
