Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-dayproductionactivitiestomeetsafety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivitytargets
Champion a strong cultureofsafety, ensuringadherencetopolicies, procedures, and standardwork
Maintain visible leadershippresence on theshopfloor and proactivelyidentifyrisks and improvementopportunities
Partner withProduction Control to plan and executeweeklyproductionschedulesalignedwithcustomerdemand
Drive continuousimprovement initiatives focused on wastereduction, processstability, throughput, and laborefficiency
ApplyLean and Six Sigma tools, includingstandardwork, visualmanagement, root causeanalysis, and KPI tracking
Control scrap, rework, and delinquencieswhilemanagingkeymanufacturingcostelements such aslabor and supplies
Support new product introductions, process changes, and cross-functional improvement efforts
Qualifications
Bachelor’sdegree
3–5 yearsofmanufacturingsupervisoryormanagementexperience
Strong background in manufacturingoperations, processimprovement, orindustrialengineering
Demonstratedsuccessleading Lean, Six Sigma, orcontinuousimprovement initiatives
Experience leadingteams and collaboratingacross Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Operations
Data-driven, hands-on leaderwith strong problem-solving and communicationskills
Comfortableworking in an activemanufacturingenvironmentwithextendedshop-floorpresence
