Manage the Production flow process through the entire manufacturing phases of the product
• Monitor and plan the Maintenance for the production machines (implement preventative
maintenance schedule)
• Plan and organize working schedule, plan and training for Labors and Senior Engineers
• Prepare Weekly Reports with Production targets and inventory status to Plant Manager
• Quality Control and Quality assurance processes to be implemented and followed through each
manufacturing stage
• Plan and establish a sequence of operations
• Taking needed action to overcome any sudden and unexpected challenges in production.
• Analyzes daily production rates and monitors any drop in productivity, with assessment and
solving of cause if drop.
• Coordinate other issue like (Change shift – over time)
• Evaluate and training employees.

Bachelor of Engineering
• Have 12+ years’ experience in same field include 5 years as same position
• Excellent in English (writing, reading, speaking)
• Understanding of quality standards and health and safety regulations
• Knowledge of performance evaluation and evaluation concepts
• Excellent communication ability
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Experience in quality control and quality assurance is must
• Strong team building, decision making and people management skills
• Problem solving, Team work skills
• Professional in MS office
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Planning, organizing, and orienting all production process and schedule
