As we navigate a period of expansion and strategic initiatives, we are seeking a  Production Manager 2nd Shift to join our team and contribute to the company's success.
The duties for this position include, but are not limited to the following:
- Lead by example and enforce safety guidelines and other company standards.
- Ensure all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) are adhered to by production employees.
- Ensure 100% accuracy of product blends and packaging according to internal and customer specifications and standards.
- Meet daily production targets while operating within budget.
- Work closely with the Quality Systems Manager to comply with regulatory and 3rd party auditing agencies.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts related to 5S, product yield, waste, process improvement, labor, other production metrics.
- Interview, train, and monitor performance of production employees and provide feedback, coaching, and disciplinary actions as appropriate.
- Comply with employment law and human resources policies.

QualificationsTo be eligible for this position, candidates should meet the following requirements:
- 3-4 years’ experience as a Production Supervisor or Manager in a food & beverage facility
- Experience using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools
- Knowledge of HACCP, SQF, and Lean Manufacturing is a plus
- Willingness and ability to arrive early or stay late as required to meet deadlines
- Organizational and leadership abilities; strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced skills in MS Office
- Problem-solving/troubleshooting skills
- High school diploma; degree in a technical, engineering or relevant field a plus
