Job Description

As being one of the core brand of Rolls Royce Power Systems, Rolls Royce Solutions Turkey is equipped with the experience of more than 100 years on productions of diesel engines, manufactures and improves complete drive systems, Energy Systems and their control/monitoring systems in wide range of product types and power ratings for heavy vehicles and equipments for construction and mining industry.

We are looking for Production Management Trainees with following qualifications.

  • University students or min. bachelor degree in an Engineering field.

  • Able to work 5 days a week during our one year MT program

  • Fluent speaking and writing in English,

  • Problem solver, analytic minded,

  • Team player, self motivated, result oriented,

  • Strong relationship and high communication skills,

  • Knowledge of MS Office Tools.

Job Requirements

  • Regularly monitor, analyze, and report Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) data.

  • Perform weekly shipment transactions through the SAP system.

  • Analyze planned and unplanned production line downtime, identify root causes, and follow up on corrective actions.

  • Analyze scrap causes, monitor scrap rates, and support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce scrap.

  • Monitor cutting tool life, analyze consumption data, and prepare regular reports.

  • Maintain inventory records of production equipment, tools, and consumable materials.

  • Create purchase requisitions in the SAP system based on production requirements and coordinate them with the Purchasing Department.

  • Prepare Statistical Process Control (SPC) reports and monitor process capability and quality performance data.

  • Track and manage calibration schedules for equipment used within the tool room.

  • Monitor, verify, and report production forms, control documents, and production records on a regular basis.

  • Track production and raw material plans, ensuring production progresses according to the schedule.

  • Monitor process control plans and support the implementation of corrective actions in case of nonconformities.

  • Collaborate closely with the Production and Purchasing teams to ensure the sustainability and continuity of production processes.
