
ERS ELITE is partnering with a prestigious global automotive manufacturing organization to identify a Production Maintenance Technician to support second-shift Paint operations at a major manufacturing facility in West Point, Georgia.
The Production Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting group leaders and team members with repetitive and chronic equipment problems. The specialist is also responsible for implementing and maintaining maintenance documents.
The ideal candidate will have leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably automotive. Candidates should possess strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and team-development skills. Relevant military leadership and operations experience may be considered as part of an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Requirements
Military Experience
