Are you a highly organised administrator with a passion for live music, looking for your way into the live entertainment industry? This Immigration and Logistics Coordinator role in Auckland could be the perfect next step.
This full-time, permanent role will report to the Head of Production and Logistics NZ where you'll work closely with the wider Production and Logistics team across New Zealand and Australia, sitting at the heart of how international tours come to life on the ground.
From managing the end-to-end immigration process for incoming artist and crew parties, to coordinating on-ground logistics and supporting Promoter Representatives, this role is equal parts precision and hustle. You'll be the go-to person for keeping tours moving smoothly and compliantly in one of the world's most exciting live music markets.
