• 认真贯彻执行健康安全环保生产方针和政策,严格遵守和执行国家法律、法规和普睿司曼集团或中国区规定的安全生产职责。
• 根据公司要求,完成本部门的健康安全环保相关的培训教育。
• 安全合理组织生产活动,做到安全生产活动,相互制止生产活动中的违反安全生产制度和安全技术操作规程的行为,杜绝违章。
• 根据部门经理要求,完善本部门岗位设备安全操作规程,落实操作规程的培训。
Inspection & Testing 检查&测试
• 使用模拟和电子测量,测试产品以顺应标准
• 目视检查产品和比较,建立标准来确定其一致性。
• 把疑似不合格的产品暂停
• 维护SPC图表,对消极趋势进行生产调整
