As a ProductionLineOperator, you will work as part of a team in a structured and supportive environment, helping to produce life-changing healthcare products.You’llbe trained to work with modern automated equipment, where your role is tomonitorprocesses, follow clear steps, and ensure quality standards are met.
Operating andmonitoringautomated production equipment
Following simple, step-by-step procedures
Recording basic production information
Working as part of a team to meet daily targets
Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
This role is ideal if you have worked inmany areas including
Retail (e.g. stores, supermarkets)
Hospitality (e.g. cafés, hotels, restaurants)
Warehousing orlogistics
Healthcare or care roles
Or any hands-on, team-based environment
If you are reliable, practical, and willing to learn, we will train you.
No manufacturing experiencerequired
Good reliability and attention to detail
Comfortable following clear instructions
Team player with a positive attitude
Basic computer skills
