Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable, motivated individual to join our production team. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that high-quality products are produced, packaged, and prepared for inventory in accordance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and packaging products onto pallets
- Wrap and stage palletized products for inventory
- Operate a forklift (as needed) to move palletized materials
- Perform general plant housekeeping and cleaning duties
- Conduct basic equipment maintenance throughout the shift
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures

Work Environment
- Loud and dusty production environment
- Outdoor work in all weather conditions
- Physically demanding role requiring frequent bending, lifting, and twisting
- Must be able to lift up to 90 lbs

Schedule
Positions are available across multiple shifts, Monday through Friday:
- 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
- 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
- 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications
- Must be detail, safety, and quality orientated; careful attention to detail is required.
- Understand units of measure and be able to perform general mathematical equations.
- This position requires a lot of bending, twisting, and reaching while standing.
- Must be able to work quickly, while standing, in an extremely fast faced environment.
- Physical capacity to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis, 80 pounds on occasion.
- Ability to work independently.
- Willing and able to work overtime and handle varying work hours.
- Prior mechanical experience or being mechanically inclined (i.e. capable of recognizing machine issues and irregularities) is preferred.
- Previous forklift experience/ certification is a plus.
