What you´ll do

• Manages all production areas, Lean, WWTP as well as service / support department at factory level
• Implements a production strategy to ensure efficient production and high quality products
• Delivers against production performance KPIs, budget and projects
• Sets up and executes development plans for production personnel
• Ensures operations processes and solutions are implemented according to global procedures and local regulations
• Has legal responsibility for fulfilling SHEQ requirements
• Acts as key contact for local authorities in the area of responsibility
• Champion Lean Manufacturing principles and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical) or related field.
• A postgraduate qualification in Business Management, Operations Management, or Lean Manufacturing will be advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and tools.
• Minimum 7–10 years' experience within a manufacturing or production environment.
• At least 3–5 years in a leadership or management role.
• Demonstrated success in improving productivity, quality, cost, and delivery performance.
