Working closely with our experienced Supervisors, you'll be involved in everything from operating production equipment and packing eggs to coordinating workflow, solving problems and guiding team members. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with production or manufacturing experience who's ready to take on more responsibility while remaining actively involved in day-to-day operations.

As our Leading Hand, you will be responsible for:

  • Operating production equipment, including learning to operate the MOBA egg grading machine.
  • Assisting with troubleshooting, problem-solving and day-to-day operational decisions.
  • Stepping up to support the team and oversee daily activities when a supervisor is absent.
  • Remaining hands-on with production tasks, including packing eggs, operating equipment and supporting the team wherever needed.
  • Maintaining high standards of food safety, product quality, workplace safety and housekeeping.
  • Leading by example and helping create a positive, collaborative and productive team environment.
