About the Company
Our client is a leading electronics & automotive components manufacturer at WHA Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate 1, Rayong, with a Thai–Chinese working environment.
The Production Leader runs day-to-day production on the line, supports the team, and acts as a Thai–Chinese interpreter between Thai and Chinese colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Track the production plan and report progress.
- Summarise meeting outcomes and align the team.
- Support team management and daily operations.
- Apply strong shop-floor management; resolve immediate issues effectively.
- Interpret between Thai and Chinese employees.
- Manage the production process across safety, quality, delivery, cost, shop-floor and people.
- Manage materials; collect, record and analyse process data.
- Coordinate production resources to deliver on plan and target.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Diploma or above in Electronics, Mechanical, Materials or related field.
- 3+ years in production management or production engineering, ideally electronics, mechanical or automotive.
- Strong systematic thinking; agile execution; learns quickly.
- Strong sense of responsibility; works well under pressure.
- Strong Chinese (listen/speak/read/write) used as a working language.
What's on Offer
- Salary: THB 25,000 – 45,000 per month (negotiable)
- Working days: 6 days/week (Mon–Sat)

Production Leader ดูแลการผลิตประจำวันบนสาย สนับสนุนทีม และทำหน้าที่ล่ามภาษาจีนระหว่างพนักงานไทยและจีน
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- ติดตามแผนการผลิต และรายงานความคืบหน้า
- สรุปเนื้อหาการประชุม และสื่อสารให้ทีมงานเข้าใจตรงกัน
- สนับสนุนการบริหารทีมและงานประจำวัน
- มีจิตสำนึกด้านการบริหารหน้างาน และแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้
- ทำหน้าที่ล่ามภาษาจีนระหว่างพนักงานชาวไทยและชาวจีน
- บริหารกระบวนการผลิต ครอบคลุม Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Shop-floor และ People
- บริหารวัสดุ บันทึกและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลกระบวนการผลิต
- ประสานทรัพยากรการผลิตเพื่อให้บรรลุแผนและเป้าหมายการส่งมอบ
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
คุณสมบัติ
- อนุปริญญาขึ้นไป สาขาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เครื่องกล วัสดุ หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ด้านการจัดการการผลิตหรือวิศวกรรมการผลิตอย่างน้อย 3 ปี เน้นอุตสาหกรรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์/เครื่องกล/ยานยนต์
- คิดวิเคราะห์อย่างเป็นระบบ คล่องตัว เรียนรู้เร็ว
- มีความรับผิดชอบสูง ทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
- ภาษาจีน (ฟัง พูด อ่าน เขียน) ใช้เป็นภาษาทำงาน
สิ่งที่จะได้รับ
- เงินเดือน 25,000 – 45,000 บาทเดือน (พิจารณาตามความสามารถ)
- ทำงาน 6 วัน/สัปดาห์ (จันทร์–เสาร์)
