Job Description

At Worthington Enterprises, our people are our most important asset. We’re looking for a Production Leader to help guide and support our manufacturing teams on 2nd or 3rd shift. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who values safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement — and who’s ready to make a real impact on daily operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead daily production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals
  • Support the training, development, and scheduling of team members
  • Conduct pre-shift meetings and assign work in the supervisor’s absence
  • Troubleshoot production challenges and drive effective solutions
  • Ensure accurate production reporting and efficient use of resources
  • Act as a first responder during plant emergencies
  • Participate in Lean and continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work hands-on with machinery and inspection tools
  • Forklift certification or ability to obtain
  • Knowledge of safety practices, including Lockout/Tagout
  • A team-focused leader who leads by example
