Główne zadania:
Organizacja i nadzór pracy zespołu pracowników produkcji ( przedzielanie zadań , rozliczanie z wykonania)
Kontrola realizacji planu produkcyjnego w obszarach (bezpieczeństwo, jakość, wydajność, koszty)
Bieżące rozwiązywanie problemów na swojej linii - reagowanie na awarie, problemy jakościowe
Dbanie o porządek i przestrzeganie procedur na hali produkcyjnej
Raportowanie wyników produkcyjnych do brygadzisty oraz swojego zespołu
Prowadzenie spotkań produkcyjnych ze swoim zespołem
Rozwijanie kompetencji swojego zespołu
Wymagania:
