Utz Quality Foods is seeking a passionate and experienced Weekday Production Lead to join our dedicated leadership team at the Broadway facility in Hanover, PA In this role, you’ll play a key part in overseeing our day shift production team, ensuring operations run safely, efficiently, and to our high-quality standards. We’re looking for a strong, hands-on leader who can drive performance, foster teamwork, and help our team achieve daily production goals.

Responsibilities:
Requirements:
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
Experience with packaging machinery and production operations preferred.
Effective communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.
Strong problem-solving, math, and analytical abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Ability to lift moderate weight and move skids as needed.
Prior supervisory experience in manufacturing is a plus.
Additional post-high school education preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
