Responsible to Manage the Production team
Drive Production and Maintenance performance to meet the required SC KPIs and defined financial targets
Assist Plant Manager to identify and drives Supply Chain PAP cost saving initiatives
Drive change management and Continuous Improvement culture and mindset across Production and Maintenance team
Responsible to assist Plant Manager with the CAPEX (capital expenditure) and FE (fixed expenses) budgeting
Responsible to carry out the CAPEX project and ensure the FE expenses are managed well within the budget
Responsible to develop people capabilities and team competencies at operation by identifying the needed development and training programs
Ensure Production & Maintenance are safe and it’s 6S is at upmost tour condition all the time
University degree in chemistry or engineering field
Minimum 5 years industrial experience, with minimum 3 years in management role
Knowledge of paint technology will be added advantage
Knowledge of ISO 9000, 14000 and 18000 is essential
Knowledge of LEAN/6 SIGMA/any other continuous improvement methodology
Strong oral/written communication and presentation skill
Fluency in English
