Production Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Workflow Management: Oversee raw material allocation, maintain production pace, and ensure employees follow correct cut procedures.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure all products meet GMP and sanitation standards; verify the quality of both incoming materials and finished goods.
• Logistics & Documentation: Coordinate with the expeditor for warehouse fulfillment, track route departure times, and manage inventory slotting.
• Team Oversight: Monitor employee performance, provide constructive feedback, and report workflow updates or issues to the Shift Supervisor.

Working Conditions:

• Environment: 8–12 hours daily in a damp, 36°F environment.
• Physical: Continuous standing, bending, and the ability to lift 60 lbs repeatedly.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ months in food/produce processing (2–4 years preferred).
• Certifications: Pallet Jack certification required; Forklift preferred.
• Skills: Basic math/PC skills, knowledge of GMP, and the ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision.
