Production Lead – 2nd Shift
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 3:30 PM–1:30 AM

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Production Lead to oversee a designated production line or cell. This role is critical to ensuring safety, quality, and on-time production while developing and supporting team members in a positive, high performing environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead by example with safety as the top priority; communicate concerns and near misses
• Ensure product quality through inspections, process checks, and adherence to standards
• Guide, train, and support team members to ensure efficiency and proper job execution
• Maintain production flow to meet schedule and ship dates
• Promote a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Understand line equipment and assist team members with troubleshooting
• Plan resource needs including staffing, tooling, and equipment
• Encourage cross-training and continuous improvement initiatives
• Complete additional duties as needed to support production goals

Qualifications
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience required
• Previous leadership or lead experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of safety practices and quality standards
• Ability to read blueprints and shop documentation
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Positive leadership style with strong communication and collaboration skills
High school diploma or GED preferred, not required.

Physical & Safety Requirements
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequent use of hands; bending, kneeling, and reaching
• Lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Must wear safety glasses and safety toe boots
