Position Details

• Full-Time
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
• Some holidays required
• Starting Pay: $18.00/hour+ based on experience

What You'll Do

• Prepare bulk food items according to standardized recipes and production procedures
• Assist with preparing desserts, baked goods, salads, vegetables, and recipe ingredients
• Operate and clean a 100-gallon kettle while following established procedures
• Help manage production sheet changes and daily food preparation needs
• Assist with cake decorating, vacuum sealing, and sous vide cooking
• Rotate, date, store, and organize food products properly
• Complete preparation for future meal production
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and workspaces
• Record refrigerator and freezer temperatures
• Follow HACCP, food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
• Support overall kitchen operations and perform other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• One to three months of related food service or kitchen experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production kitchen
• Attention to detail and commitment to food quality and safety
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to assist wherever needed
