Job Description

• 负责工艺文件（SOP、WI、PFMEA、Control Plan等）的整理、更新及标准化管理
  Responsible for organizing, updating, and standardizing process documents (e.g., SOP, Work Instructions, PFMEA, Control Plan)
• 支持内部审核、客户审核及第三方审核的准备与资料提供
  Support preparation and documentation for internal, customer, and third-party audits
• 参与工艺合规性检查，识别偏差并推动整改闭环
  Participate in process compliance checks, identify gaps, and follow up on corrective actions
• 协助整理审核问题清单（Findings）及改善跟踪
  Assist in consolidating audit findings and tracking corrective action implementation
• 支持现场工艺优化及持续改善活动（Kaizen/Lean项目）
  Support process optimization and continuous improvement activities (Kaizen/Lean initiatives)
• 协助分析生产问题（如良率、效率、异常）并提供数据支持
  Assist in analyzing production issues (yield, efficiency, abnormalities) with data support
• 参与标准工时、产能及流程优化分析
  Participate in cycle time, capacity, and process flow analysis
• 协助解决日常生产过程中的工艺问题
  Assist in troubleshooting daily process issues on the production floor
• 支持新产品导入（NPI）中的工艺准备与验证
  Support process preparation and validation during new product introduction (NPI)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• College degree or above.大专以上学位。
• Familiar with Office熟练使用Office办公软件
• Basic English reading and writing skills (handling English documents and emails)具备基础英文读写能力（处理英文文档、处理邮件）
• Clear in logic and good at establishing systematic work processes逻辑清晰，善于建立系统性工作流程
