【 主な職務 】
・センター長にリポーティングし、AMCJにおける生産活動をリードする。生産計画を安全に、効率良く実行するために、日常の生産活動の計画、指示及び管理を行う。
・エンジニアリング／技術チームから引き受けた設備を円滑に運用するために、製造チームを効率良く活用する。
・"日頃の言動を通じて、「Do It Safe, Do It Right the First Time」
（最初から安全に、正しく行う）の信念を促進する。"
【 業務内容 】
・法的要求事項との適合性を確実にする。
・緊急時及び異常時における現場統括者の役割を担う。
・製造スタッフを管理する。採用、教育、評価及びコーチングを行い、各自のパーフォマンス問題及び対立を対処する。製造スタッフの育成プランを確立し、レビューを行う。
・安全及び品質の成績を維持／改善するために、手順書の順守を管理する。
利用可能なリソースを最大限に活用できるための生産計画を確立できるように、サプライチェーンマネジメントグループと協力する。
・他部署（エンジニアリング、保全、製品・プロセス開発、安全、品質管理）のニーズによって、プロダクショングループのリソースを調整する。必要に応じて、部署間の適切なコミュニケーションを確実にする。
・品質及び製造問題の対応をリードし、是正及び再発予防措置が特定及び実施できるよう、必要に応じて、追加リソースの投入を行う。
・継続的な改善活動の推進：必要に応じて変更管理とベストプラクティスを実行する。
・ALAMオペレーションマネージャの一員として、部署横断プロジェクトをリードする。
