Job Description

Our Cleveland site, home to MIM Software within GE HealthCare’s Advanced Imaging Solutions segment, develops AI-enabled imaging analytics and workflow platforms that help clinicians turn complex medical images into meaningful insights, so they can diagnose conditions, plan treatments, and deliver more personalized patient care.

Role Responsibilities

  • Assign work orders and monitor progress on the shop floor.
  • Ensure employee adherence to safety protocols and good manufacturing practices.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow throughout the entire production process.
  • Communicate order status and expedites.
  • Train new employees and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for existing employees.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED/Local equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. (Local language -English)
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Available to work overtime as needed (both during the week and on weekends).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office software.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associates degree.

  • 6 months of manufacturing experience.

  • Thru hole and surface mount soldering experience.


Physical Requirements

  • Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling of tools and boxes.

  • Able to work in various temperature conditions.

  • May be exposed to noise, vibration, and fumes.
