Production Forklift Operator – 3rd Shift – Rockford, OH

The night shift keeps the whole operation moving — and we need skilled forklift operators who can keep pace. The Fremont Company is hiring 3rd shift Forklift Operators at our Rockford, Ohio facility to move product safely and efficiently through our warehouse and production floor.

What You'll Do:

• Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, and transport raw materials and finished goods
• Move product between production, warehouse, and shipping areas
• Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and report any issues
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and product placement
• Follow all safety protocols and food safety guidelines
• Support the production team with general warehouse duties as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Prior forklift experience preferred; certification a plus (we can certify the right candidate)
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
