We are looking for a Foreman to join the Supply Chain team in Kazakhstan.
Main Responsibilities
Participate in the Company’s annual asset inventory.
Organize shift operations and allocate tasks among operators, conduct training, and ensure operator rotation across production areas.
Monitor discipline and order among shift operators.
Ensure proper sanitary conditions of technological equipment and process area premises, as well as compliance with personal hygiene rules by shift operators.
Comply with technological modes and settings in accordance with process flow diagrams for all production processes, including multi‑barrier water treatment, preparation of sugar and finished syrups, CIP equipment cleaning, beverage proportioning and pasteurization, and wastewater treatment; control compliance with CPs (Control Points) and CCPs (Critical Control Points) of technological processes in line with the Company’s established requirements.
Have a thorough understanding of the operating principles of the assigned equipment from the date of appointment to the position.
Ensure proper technical condition of equipment and participate in unscheduled repair activities.
Control the timely execution of preventive maintenance and repair activities by process area operators and participate in the development of preventive maintenance plans.
Control the receipt of raw materials and supplies in accordance with established acceptance procedures and ensure proper handling of raw material and material waste in compliance with Environmental and Trademark Protection requirements.
Qualification requirements
- Secondary technical or higher education.
- Work experience: promotion only from Operator Grade 4; minimum of 3 years of service within the Company.
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations, labor protection standards, industrial sanitation, fire safety, and environmental protection requirements.
- Knowledge of production technologies within the assigned area as well as the overall production process.
- Knowledge of technical documentation related to the design, operation, and maintenance of equipment assigned to the shift.
- Knowledge of safe operating instructions for machinery and related mechanisms.
- Knowledge of procedures for record‑keeping and reporting on used materials.
- Language skills: English (preferred).
- Computer skills: Proficient PC user; good command of Microsoft Office; ability to work with SAP.
