EO.F is looking for a full-time Production Fellow to participate in a year-long fellowship geared towards identifying talents and solidifying skills within the discipline of film and video production, creativity, and production workflow.

Our approach is to embed fellows in a year-long, real-world, fully immersive experience through tangible work across a multitude of projects and roles. All fellows exit the program having learned from seasoned professionals and are prepared to succeed in their future careers in media and entertainment.

As a member of the Fellowship Program, you'll work in all phases of production — including shooting and post production — alongside producers, editors, and more.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Set up for video shoots in-studio and on location, supporting camera crews.
  • Keep production equipment clean, well organized, and maintained. Ingest and manage digital footage acquired in production, as well as any other media.
  • Maintain organization of footage and ensure all files are properly transferred, archived, and documented.
  • Source archival and stock footage and generate AI b-roll for projects as needed. Support editors by preparing project files, importing media, organizing timelines, and sourcing stock music and footage.
  • Prepare and format transcripts.
  • Perform basic editing tasks such as string outs, selects reels, and rough cuts under the guidance of editors and producers.
  • Assist with editing diverse content types including scripted and unscripted series, podcasts, promos, trailers, social media videos, and pitch (sizzle) reels.

Essential Skills

  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively across departments to find solutions to production challenges.
  • Adaptable to change; able to multitask and prioritize based on feedback and deadlines. Ability to quickly identify and proactively resolve issues that arise during the production process.
  • Genuine love of learning new things, including new technologies and filmmaking techniques.
  • Some knowledge and passion for cinematography, video/digital cinema cameras, and audio recording.
  • Some familiarity with video editing software such as DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe Premiere, as well as AI tools such as VEO, MidJourney, etc., and MacOS.
  • Familiarity with media ingestion, transcoding, and setting up multi-cam editing projects.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing and local media servers.

Compensation & Benefits

This is a paid, full-time fellowship with benefits. As an early-career position, compensation is structured accordingly and salary will be commensurate with experience. Benefits include robust group PPO health insurance with a wide range of plan options via United Healthcare's Choice Plus Network, plus wellness and other benefits.
