Job Description

Company Background:
Our client, established in 1994, is a leading material specialist and solid surface supplier in Asia with operations in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Guangzhou, and Beijing. They offer a full suite of services including supply, fabrication, installation, and project management of high-performance surfaces like engineered quartz, acrylic solid surfaces, sintered stone, and marble/tiles.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, monitor, and control daily production schedules and output targets.
  • Lead technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis for production issues.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to improve machinery performance and workflow.
  • Ensure product quality meets internal and external standards.
  • Implement preventive maintenance programs and manage technical resources.
  • Train and supervise production staff and technicians.
  • Maintain accurate production records and generate performance reports.
  • Drive process improvement and automation initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience in production or technical management.
  • Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing equipment and systems.
  • Familiarity with quality control procedures.
  • Proficient in production planning software and tools.
  • Hands-on leadership style with a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and resolve conflicts.

Salary Range: RM6k - RM8k
