We are looking for a Production Engineer to join a team responsible for ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of critical applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and support production applications and infrastructure
• Manage incidents and ensure timely resolution of issues
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive actions
• Monitor application performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Develop and maintain automation solutions to improve operational efficiency
• Support application releases, deployments, and change activities
• Collaborate with Development, Infrastructure, and Business teams
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence
• Participate in an on-call rotation and Follow-The-Sun support model

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in Production Support, Application Support, Infrastructure Operations or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux environments
• Experience with application servers and web technologies (IIS, Apache, Tomcat, WebLogic, .NET or Java)
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Grafana or Geneos
• Scripting experience with Python, Shell or SQL
• Knowledge of automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform
• Basic understanding of SQL Server and/or Oracle
• Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem and Change Management)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent English
• Proactive mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to participate in an on-call support rotation when required
