Job Type: Full-time | 4 days on site / 1 day flexible

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Provide technical support to manufacturing operations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable production.
• Act as a key technical resource for Asset Operations by supporting operating discipline and process stability.
• Apply expertise in unit operations, equipment, and process control to resolve operational issues and improve performance.
• Lead and support troubleshooting activities using structured problem-solving and root cause analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant reliability, productivity, and environmental compliance.
• Collaborate closely with maintenance, reliability, and technical teams to optimise asset performance.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Required Qualifications That Enable Your Success

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial operations environment.
• Strong understanding of unit operations, process control, and operational troubleshooting.
• Experience with management of change processes, root cause analysis, and statistical process control tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively across operations, maintenance, and reliability teams.
• Strong communication and documentation skills in both Dutch and English.
• Proactive mindset with a clear commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications That Drive You Forward

• Experience supporting production units within the chemical or process industry.
• Demonstrated interest in personal development and continuous technical learning.

Your Work Environment
